Following the 11am Armistice Service outside the east door of St John’s, at the War Memorial, a recital bells of St John’s Kirk was given by Dr Ian Cassells, carillonneur.
Dr Cassells is due to give two further recitals on the bells at St John’s Kirk, on Wednesday 14th December (Advent Recital) and on Wednesday 21st (Christmas Recital) – both events are transport/ weather permitting,
